Super nice location on the water just below the Liljeholmenbridge by the water at Södermalm. The bar is located on a floating jetty with the possibility so to moor your boat right at the bar. The jetty before the bar has a restaurant which looks ok. It’s super fun to look at the boats passing by under the bridge, there are some weird and also beautiful boats. The bar is a full bar but doesn’t really have any good beers so no high hopes beer lovers! I would only come back here for the location which is great!

Loopen is a great spot to hit up on a sunny day! It will get pretty busy though, so be patient while waiting in line(yes, you have to stand in a line!) Your basically on a small dock and the tables are as close as your going to get to the water without being in a boat. I think you can actually take your boat here if you want(I would call and check if they allow that though). Which, is pretty great! You can also get here easily by walking down the stairs towards the water on the south side of the bridge – same side of the road as the Hornstull T-banna stop. When you get here, you’ll immediately notice that there’s an entertaining and cheap tropical theme, that includes fake palm trees and other rustic items everywhere. The whole place has this cool hole-in-the-wall informality about it. I think the little service window and the ATM«cash only» regulations have a little something to do with that. I have to wonder if they make a kick back from the ATM though. I guess they used to allow credit cards here and then stopped. That just sounds a little sleazy to me. I’ll probably get some cash before hand next time. ;) Despite everything, I really liked the place for what it is. Yes, it’s not a super amazing bar/restaurant and it’s nothing really that special in the great scheme of things, but it does have it’s positives! I think this place adds a lot to the neighborhood in the summer. Also, I had the cheeseburger and it was surprisingly pretty decent(albeit a little on the cheap side with the«american hamburger dressing» crap on it, but still good!) I wouldn’t really try to come here with any great expectations, but your gonna enjoy yourself regardless while your here! Who can hate on a waterside beer in the sunshine? =)

They stopped taking credit cards!!! Come on this is the 2000 not 1950s !!! And installed an atm? Probably to earn even more money. The food is poor quality. Tip: move 100m sideways to debaser for sim tex mex or even better go to Ho’s which is the best Chinese in town.

Great location! Tables are set up across the dock for seating right on the water. The atmosphere is fantastic! We came for drinks, and by the looks of things, so did the locals. Two pints cost us 140SEK, but the view is well worth the price! I will definitively be back before heading home.

I have only been here for lunch and i can assure you that this is very much how close you can get to the water. In fact, this is a premium location, actually on the water. Its crowded nice days so i wouldnt bring my largest crew along. Food is okay but nothing that will throw you off the chair and leave you sleepless for days. Whatsoever i can defenitely imagine having an afterwork here would top of the day perfectly. This is not the place you go for the perfect service, food or special drinks. You go here for the location, and for that, i will give them a 4!

Had fried herring here and that wasn’t overly good. The other food probably isn’t too bad though from the look of it. Not *quite* sure I understand the Caribbean theme but it’s a cool spot to hang out and have a beer by the water, definitely. Staff hasn’t been overly friendly in my couple times visiting but not rude either. Typical Stockholm, I suppose. I think you’re paying more for experience than quality here. Anyways, it’s a classic so you can at least say you’ve been.
