Stockholm is full of amazing buildings. Im guessing it doesnt get too much more iconic then the concert hall. Crazy at it overlooks the open market of Hötorgshallen as a backdrop. The large looming columns, the large statues. a classic landmark

Konserthuset is main place for Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra. Each year on December 10, the Nobel Prizes ceremony is held in the main hall. During our visit there was a small exhibition in the hall showing pictures of Nobel Prize ceremony and some famous Nobel Prize holders like Marie Curie and Pearl Buck. In summer free concerts of students of the Academy of Music are held in the entrance. In front of Konserthuset there is a food market and the Orpheus Fountain built by Carl Milles, a famous Swedish sculptor.
