Decent food. The quietest place and highest quality salad bar in the mall. The service is terrible. Very, very slow. I used to think that they were just tragically understaffed, but after eating here 20+ times, I’ve concluded that bit is either lack of training or policy.
You will need at least an hour to eat here. Be prepared to be ignored by staff waiting around and not helping you. That said, I eat here twice a week because I love the salad bar.

The 3 stars are for the AMAZING food.
The rest was terrible. I counted 8 staff and 2 other customers. I waited nearly half an hour to order and then the same to get my food and again to get my check.
I want to say they were busy but I know they weren’t, they were laughing at the bar. Please girls, you don’t have to love your job to be good at it. ;) customer service matters.

Very slow service, average food. Fresh, calm environment, and generally friendly staff.
Unfortunately the whole process of waiting to be seated, waiting for your order to be taken, waiting for your food and waiting to pay the bill is just painful.

Hi, i have been eating here 3 times so far. I like the lunch menu, the prices are cheap and the quality is good. there are only few negative things that i can point out; first and most important one is that the food is taking forever to get to your table, I can tell that the approximate waiting time is 20 – 30 minutes. Second, salad bar is QUITE fresh which is a disappointment. Third, and this one only happened today, my friends’ steaks all came out medium rare instead of medium so remember to point it out if you don’t like bloody steak on your plate. I like their «fitness grilled chicken» which so far were pretty good (the small version is one well roasted fillet and the big version is two roasted fillets). In general the environment is cozy and calm, the quality is good only the waiting time for «getting the food» and for «paying» is the huge problem.
