Wonderful breakfast buffet. Having stayed in several Radisson Hotels over our trip to Northern Europe, the breakfast may have more to do with the culture than the actual restaurant. It is clear that the Europe has limited experience with the gluttonous free-loading Americans we have frequently witnessed at US buffets. There didn’t seem to be that many breakfast restaurants in the area(unless you are one of those dessert-for-breakfast types), so the convenience alone is worth eating at the hotel. The morning spread included yogurts, dried berries, cereals and muesli, fresh seasonal fruits, cucumber and pepper slices, picked herring and smoked salmon. Bacon, scrambled eggs, and sausages are also available. These are not on the same level as what is served in the States. Made to order meals are also available upon request. Cheese and fresh baked bread are also available. I would highly recommend a slice of bread and cheese — add a couple slices of veg to make it a little healthier. Americans just have no idea what they are missing in this area. There are juices, milks, smoothies, coffee, water and a tea station. Custom coffee drinks, such as cappuccino and lattes, and available upon request. Pick up the bread knife and cut off a slice from the 3 foot fresh loaf. Be sure to use a napkin to hold the loaf in place. Perfect. There is also a small selection of tiny muffins, which were the perfect size for a little treat. We ate here for breakfast every day. In many ways, I wish I was still eating here. Wait staff keeps to themselves, working discreetly but if you need anything just ask and they will be right on it. Tips are not necessary but loose change and few SEK over the course of a stay is appreciated.

Staying at the hotel and we came to the bar for some wine. Gusten is the best bartender He was the most personable and talkative which we like while being in another country. We had the steak tartar which was amazing and I will post a pic. So far I am in love with the hotel. Some of the wait staff could get more of a personality, but what can you do?!
