This relatively recent opening from last year seems to have slipped under the hype radar a bit but is nevertheless constantly fully booked due to the well though-out and executed dishes that are way ahead of anything else I have tried in this price class in Stockholm. The service is still a bit dodgy but this is one of the most exciting places in town right now, with massive potential to develop even further. If they get it right they’ll have 1 Michelin star in 3 or 4 years time. Price-wise it’s a little bit more than most of the mid-level restaurants but less than most of the Michelin star crowd.
