Göran Terrassen

Went here for a special event. Everyone had prepaid for their dinner, the entire restaurant was hired out for this.
The event was ‘Surströmming’, and the restaurant had committed to provide both whole fish and the less traditional filets. Only filets were available, however.
The food ran out long before everyone who had paid had been served. The promised traditional Mandel potatis were, once gone, substituted with prepeeled industrial cafeteria potatoes… not even on the same planet as what had been advertised!
The cash bar had a small number of cans of beer, which were gone in no time, leaving lots of thirsty guests left wanting, and annoyed.
The cash bar also ran out of traditional Swedish snaps quickly, leaving only plain vodka to be had… not much of a favorite with surströmming!
The event was a catastrophe, and a major embarrassment for the Göran Terrassen.
