This is where I purchase my weekly ration of bread which is a good grade in itself. Being a curious soul I have tried different bakeries on a few occasions just to realize what a gem Fabrique is.
This place has super friendly staff & a beautiful industrial chic interior with some indoor & outdoor tables. The bread & cinnamon buns are amazing. My favorite bread is the levain & the darker nut & cranberry bread. I usually come here in the morning before work during the weekdays since the supply of bread can be short in the evening.
So the question is: why buy fabric made bread in the supermarket when you can get a fresh loaf of delicious bread without spending a lot more?
