In my quest for the best price/quality ratio I found this medium-sized gym close to home. It is rather cheap compared to other gym franchises and it is fully equipped; it even has a tanning room.
When I say fully equipped I mean it counts with machines to work most, if not all, body parts effectively.
Although it used to open 24/7, I believe their current opening hours are more than adequate to fit [almost] any schedule.
I like to go in the morning because it is the time of the day when there is less people and you can use all the equipment without rush; having said that, it is during the afternoon (16h to 19h) when it seems to be the busiest.
Overall, the place is relatively new, steps away from the tunnelbana entrance, fairly priced and equipped. If you live between Norsborg and Mälarhöjden (I would even venture to say Liljeholmen if I stretch it a bit) this is definitively an option you should consider.
