Went there to check out this famous American chains opening in Sweden. I really liked their number of various donuts. The donuts were fresh and the icing was nice. However they still tasted like… Donuts. They tasted a bit fresher than ICAs/Coops donuts but that where the comparisons end. Visit this place for the variety of tastes but not much else.

I was reading all the hate reviews about the DD location up in Taby and felt I needed to give this place a little love. It’s donuts people! It can’t get lower than three stars, period. LOL! Yes, some people might find these donuts a bit sugary and not as flavorful as a fancy bakery donut. But, you shouldn’t expect that here. This is like the McDonalds of donuts. Lower your expectations a little. Every one says they hate it, but the crazy line of people proves otherwise. Of course, It’s not the kinda place that I would be like«oh yeah… you should totally go here» to my friends and feel cool. That would be like a swede referring someone to the corner hot dog stand. Yes, it might be cheap and quick shameful style eating. Does that stop you? nope. ;) One thing I do find better about dunkin’ donuts than your average grocery store ones is that they are little fluffier(especially the yeast rings). They also have the glazed chocolate cake donuts. YUM! I highly recommend those. They only had them in «Munchkin» hole size when we were there, so we bought a whole box of those to take home for later. Even my Swede sambo couldn’t deny the appeal. The breakfast sandwich was pretty ok too… greasy and filling. I think it could have used a little more flavor(like more cheese, a stronger cheddar, another topping or something else). But, still good! The coffee could have gotten a little more TLC, I think mine was a little burnt tasting. That might have been an operator error though. If your in the mall stop by for a little cheap fun! =)
