Tired of thinking of some fun or plane gift to a friend or family member? Or perhaps you are looking for something witty and fun gadget for yourself? Then Design Torget is the right place to go to.
Design Torget got a lot of gizmos and things you don’t really need but tons of stuff that might wow you for a month or two. I usually go here when I am bored or when I would like to kill some time while in town. It does baffle me how I always end up finding some cool gadget that someone invented that would solve some small first world problem of mine.
Sadly things are pretty expensive and I usually end up leaving empty handed from the store. I do highly recommend entering one or two Design Torget stores though, it is like an amusement park for materialists!

This is a great place to shop if you’re looking for gifts and/​or Scandinavian design. You can get everything from children’s toys, to kitchen stuff, books and jewelry. If you’re a tourist looking for gifts from Sweden, this is a great place to go. Or if you’re looking for interior design stuff that’s smart and/​or well designed. Not the cheapest place, but oftentimes you can make bargains here.
