Cykloteket rocks. I’ve visited their service center several times and always found knowledgeable, effective help. They get very busy on the weekends, so it can take awhile to wait in line, but you can book a time online in advance.
Their prices for parts aren’t the cheapest, but I think their high-quality service department is an excellent value, and I’m willing to pay a bit extra to get the help of their knowledgeable staff. They also have a great selection of products in-store.
