Excellent lunch. Our party had omelet, croque monsieur, and the fish cakes. All were excellent. Salads very fresh with delicious light dressing. And great service.

Coco & Carmen is a hidden gem. It has a simple but delicious menu. Ingredients are very fresh. The service is superb. If you want a treat ask for their cake. Any flavour is just heavenly. One catch, you need to preorder the cake by five days or so. Passion fruit is my favorite. Definitely returning here.

Coco and Carmen is tucked away at the quiet end of Banergatan not frequented by people — locals or tourists. The menu is always short and simple and I guess that’s the magic of it. The ingredients are always fresh, the flavors full, presentation delightful, although the price is a bit on the steep side. If you want a nice, fresh lunch and you’re in town, head on over and you won’t be disappointed.

I was served a really nice appetiser as a compliment. Lunch was served quick. The staff were very smily. I enjoyed my caesar salad. Thy had a great choice of bread to go with the meal.
