I want to like it so much because it has been my favorite for many years. I want to love it. I want to say that it is the best place ever, but anyone from Stockholm knows it isn’t so.
It’s a nice place. They have a lot of seating which is always a good thing. They have many choices of food and drinks. Makes a really good latte. Food is okay. Pastry also good.
What brings my rating down is their staff. They are pretty slow and not very. I wouldn’t say friendly. but lack personality? I don’t know if I would call them rude even. Just. blah.
It also brings down the rating that they don’t have a restroom, I understand why (lack of space maybe) but they should be able to get hooked up by the mall and just have coins for their guests. Wouldn’t be harder than that.

Unfortunately they have too few employees. There is nowhere to leave your dishes and the employees do not fetch them in time. Thus a really outstanding location (compared to all the chains like Pressbyrån, Coffee House and Wayne’s) looks like rubbish and is not attractive anymore.

Nice place where to do fika with few friends. The cheesecake is tasty and you have a good range of choice for cakes/​dessert/​dishes. Normal swedish prices.
