Had such a good time here yesterday. The food and drinks were delicious. We booked a table for 10 people and that was the limit. We would not be able to have more people and when I arrived I knew why. It’s a very small place but very cozy. I was recommended to drink caipirinha(95kr) — my first ever — which was very tasty and ate«aipim frito»(65kr) which was beyond good. It looks like fries but it’s root vegetable if I understood it right, which was served with a small salad and bread. Everyone was satisfied which their orders. Beyond us the restaurant was completely booked. I’ll definitely try to come back when they do something about the flies — that was the only thing annoying.

OFF-THE-BEATENPATHGEM Located along the river and in what appears to be a strip mall, this place represents Brazilian food quite well. Colorful chairs and tables are lined up in front of the restaurant, flowers hang from pots and music can be heard from within the tiny restaurant. Enticing aromas titillate one’s olfactory glands, torturing while you are made to wait for your food. The wait is long, but worth it. We reserved a table just hours before arriving and we’re lucky we did — we got the last one. Every table had been reserved in advance. We ordered the Filet Mignon, another meat dish, black beans, rice, and salsa. Everything was bursting with flavor. The portions were more than expected. We could have shared a meal easily. Considering the generous portions, the prices were very reasonable for Stockholm, which is a very expensive city. The staff was friendly, as were the other patrons, who happened to be Brazilian. This place will be our first stop when next we are in Stockholm. Fantastic!

After been strolling by this place a couple of times i knew it was about time to let them show me some love. Entered the place around 8:30pm without a reservation and were met by fully stocked tables. Disappointed we accepted the fact, decided to drain our sorrows and walked over to find out that Frys next door also was closed. But then it appeared infront of us… the miracle! People were finished and were getting out from Boteco so i knew we had to act fast. Due to my fastest 60 meters performance since 7th grade, i easily secured their only empty table. My expectations were high since i like both south american food and tapas. And those two combined couldnt be a bummer for sure. We got six different tapas to share among the two of us and it was plenty enough. Most guests will probably do best end up having two each and live happily ever after. My favourites were the tenderloin dish and the ground beef pasties which is some how typical Brazilian food. All dishes ended up deliver lots of different flavors and love from the Brazilian mam in the kitchen. We got our dishes really fast, but then again, most people had already eaten when we entered the place. Its a really small and cozy venue so you shouldnt be afraid of sharing a table with another couple. I suggest you dont go here to talk about business secrets, go here to enjoy the fantastic food brought to you in a genuine non-pricey package. The only cons i got is the very cheap opening hours Tuesday-Saturday 16:30 — 22:00. But you should definitely make room in the calender during those hours to go here and enjoy some great Brazilian food!
