I would rate them 4 star but my boyfriend is strict. So now I have to give them three. We ate crispy pork and Iberian secret pig. Both were quite good, but also pretty oily. The crispy pork was a little quite hard to cut due to the hard crispy surface. The ‘pig’ dish had non spicy chili in it, which was surprisingly good. Service was average. They brought us the wrong beer, which was a little bit more pricy than what we ordered. But then upon paying, the waiter didn’t apologize but instead tried to charge us for the higher price. That could have been handled more professional and friendly.

In a space that has previously as long as I can recall have had a Greek restaurant in it there is now a new Bistro. I ended up going here due to the fact that they take bookings for brunch and I am just not a fan of showing up hungry somewhere and then having to wait(and the fact that their brunch is a la carte and not buffet — buffet is always a disappointment and slightly disgusting). When we shoes up it was clear that reservations would not have been needed. It is a large space and at noon a Sunday there was just one table occupied(and when we left a few hours later it was just two more tables occupied). Service was friendly and we quickly got the menus. A bit poor that they did not explain that they so not have all beverages on the menu, always disappointing to ordering something and then get answer that they are sold out of it. The menu offers some standard options like caesar salad and burger but also some interesting things like the brioche with chicken, several different omelettes and a steak tartare. We sampled the brioche with grilled chicken, the burger and the omelette with mushrooms and truffle salami. The food looked nice but was clear that it had not been taken straight to the table when it was done as it was more lukewarm than hot. Also had to send the burger back as it contained things specifically asked to be removed. All the food was pretty good, above average but nothing great. The omelette was by far best value as it was huge and came with french fries. Service that started out good was not so great at the end as we had the wait a long time ti be able to waive someone down to be able to pay. Still not at all bad and may come back just due to the reason that it has a lot of space and takes reservations for brunch.
