What a pity that this place is closing down in a few months. That said, it justly deserves some solid praise! The restaurant itself is quite grand in a Belle Epoque kind of way, though small enough to be cozy & inviting. The bar area is fun and equally grand in style. The Maitre D’ was perfectly on his game, recognized my name from the reservation without checking and sat us immediately. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The wine list was a bit on the light side, but enough selections to be complete. The menu was«Stockholm Traditional», with an emphasis on seafood. I had oysters to start(sublime), and La Contessa had the white asparagus(delicious). For my main, I had seared tartare a novelty I’d never heard of(sorta like a very underdone burger). It was fantastic. C had the quenelles, which she thought were fine, as did I. For dessert, we had a fondant with raspberry sorbet, which was divine. We both had the Crozes-Hermitage. I really enjoyed it, and would definitely recommend going soon. If I had any kind of complaint, it would be that they had never heard of Belvedere vodka(for my Martini). Seriously?! I nearly walked out…(Just kidding). I’d give it 4.5 stars if I could. Go, its very good.

Delicious food. Try the lamb and its potatoes«Dauphinois», simply brilliant. Friendly staff, pricey though.
