Overall Score: 3 Service/Ambiance Rating: 2 Food Rating: 3 I was looking for a cheap eat and was in the mood for some green curry. Right before I was about to pay, I decided to get some spring rolls, interestingly priced at 10KR for 4(approx under $ 1.50USD). When I got my dish the spring rolls wee about three centimeters long and had barely anything in them; they were the saddest spring rolls I’ve ever eaten. The green curry was standard, nothing special. If I lived locally, I would probably visit again for a cheap eat, but would not recommend this if you’re only in town for a short period of time and enjoy good food. The décor also has room for improvement.

I’ve lived in Stockholm now for a year and a half and am always missing spicy foods, especially Mexican and Thai. They just don’t do spice here! I’ve been on a search for good Thai the entire time I’ve been here to no avail. I’ve even tried making it at home, but I used an entire bottle of curry paste from the grocery store and I still got the pale, orange/yellow curry that you find in the restaurants. No flavor– no spice. Until today. I was on a mission. I spent over 30 minutes looking at Unilocal for Thai places and based on the reviews, decided to give Bee’s a try. I was skeptical, but if a couple from D.C. said it was good, I had to believe them. And they were not wrong. YEAHHHH!!! I finally found my Thai restaurant. The red curry was bright and vibrant, full of flavor and SPICY(I did ask for it spicy, though). I’m so happy! It was also the least expensive lunch I’ve had in Stockholm. I week ago, I swore you couldn’t get a good, healthy lunch for less than 100 sek. The curry was 69 sek! They could have charged twice as much and I wouldn’t have blinked an eye. I highly recommend this Thai restaurant. It’s small and super casual, but it will be my regular spot for sure. I even ordered another curry to take home for dinner on the way out!

After reading the positive reviews I was kind of surprised by the simple establishment, sporting a few simple chairs and and some beautiful traditional Thai art on the wall. We decided for take-away. We viewed the simple menu and low prices and set our expectations accordingly. This is when the magic began. With an ultra-efficient and elegant process, with fine, authentic ingredients that each had been prepared for their day and separated in its own handy container, they started their beautiful cooking process across pans and stoves, making each stew from the ground up. This is fine-dining quality at a fast food speed and price — and they deserve full recognition for this remarkable feat. In a week, we have visited them three times and can confirm their consistency and dedication to their art. All their curries and Pad Thai are excellent, you can’t go wrong.

Their pad thai and panang curry is to die for. we are visitors of the country and where we are from, there are a lot of thai food but we can def say it is one of the authentic taste of thai. Will def come back.

Very good place to go get Thai food. I saw a lot of locals eating there and ordering take-out. The restaurant is a few blocks from the Friedhemsplan Metro station. I had to special order with my meal. I ordered fried rice instead of white rice with my dish and the total bill was about $ 30.

I came for dinner with a party of seven and really enjoyed my meal! It was really hot inside the restaurant but there were chairs and tables outside where it was cooler. Everything was reasonably priced and so yummy and flavorful! I shared the yellow curry with white rice and chicken pad thai with my sister. I enjoyed the chicken pad thai but I liked the yellow curry with white rice better. Service was friendly and fast and I would definitely return.

Limited menu but fantastic dishes for affordable prices. A little secret hidden off the main street that you must try. We had the beef red curry, pad thai, and spring rolls and had a good amount of leftovers. Seating is quite nice and staff is super friendly.

The thai food here is really nice. I eat thai food all the time in Stockholm, and this is definitely one of my favorite places. The price is a little bit higher than some other thai places I’ve been to, but it is fine since the food is so good. The restaurant itself is nothing special, pretty small with a few tables, also outside during summer.

This place was great. We’re Americans, from Washington D.C., where there are a fairly high number of Thai restaurants, and the food at Bee’s was at the high end of the spectrum for us. And it was a little cheaper than what we get at home, when most restaurants in Stockholm are a good bit more expensive than what we find in D.C. It’s no frills, not fancy, but great for takeout, with a few tables inside and outside, fast, and when we left our leftovers behind accidentally(there’s very generous portions), the owner chased us down, several blocks away, to give us the bag. We’re only here for 2 weeks but will be back.

At Bee’s Thai Food you get food that taste like it does in Thailand for the price of a plus-sized Big Mac meal at McDonald’s. I can highly recommend their food for anyone looking for a low-cost fast-food lunch or dinner in the neighborhood.
