Adam/Albin has been recently remodeled and relaunched as a fine dining restaurant featuring modern takes on Swedish classics. The menu is a 5-course, fixed price and an incredible culinary adventure! I booked this restaurant based on a mention in The Hollywood Reporter. This was the last nite of a 2-week tour and cruise of the Baltic region. What a treasure and curtain call e to an extraordinary vacation! I can’t recall the name of each dish but each was extraordinary, original and perfectly executed. Definitely worth the $$$ and a good bottle of wine. Enjoy!

Oohhh… The first English Unilocal review. I’m not sure a lot of tourists are hip to this spot. For that matter, I don’t think a lot of locals are either. lol. Brian from SuperSonic Coffee in Berkeley, who happens to be Swedish, gave this great tip about Adam&Albin. Yes. I was very skeptical. Swedish«Ramen»!!! Me and the wife were up for this culinary challenge. To put it simply, they got the broth right. All the other ingredients reflect Swedish tastes, and at the end of the day, their interpretation of Japanese Ramen was good. I ordered the Oxtail Ramen and, it was quite tasty. The broth definitely had that umami punch. Now the noodles were technically udon noodles, and the addition of minced tomatoes was interesting. Somehow with all the random veggies, this Swedish«Ramen» worked for me. You’ll love the whole atmosphere of the restaurant too. Definitely something out of a IKEA kitchen show room. Check this place out if you are in Stockholm.
