Simply the best ice cream in Stockholm, and still one of the best I have enjoyed — ever! Delicious ice cream of ecological and natural ingredients with a home made feeling. And I love that they change the flavor daily! Add to it really friendly staff and you have exactly the perfect mix! They have recently moved around the corner to a bigger place, so now you can enjoy the ice cream both in– and outdoors! They used to have 18 different flavors — hence the name, 18 smaker(18 tastes). But with a bigger place the have added many more choices — the traditional ice cream made of cream, but also sorbet and now even ones made with rice and soy!

There is no need for a long explination, there is enough with these 4 simple words; The absolute best ice-cream!

Best ice cream in Stockholm! Heck, maybe even the best I’ve ever had anywhere, and I have been many places. Their ice cream flavors taste just like their names. If you order mocha, it tastes just like a mocha. If you order raspberry, it tastes like real, fresh raspberries. Love the cardamom, the pecan and maple syrup, the yogurt with lime and mint… Unique, delicious, and conveniently located across the street from our apartment! ;-)

Here is where i bring my dates, my mom, my out of town friends, myself if im in a icecream kind of mood… since they make the icecream according to whats on season, available or what ever they feel like, there is always something new to try. I love their sorbet… try the elderflower if u get the chance. And also the champagne granité. The dark chocolate is to die for. Also they always have 1 or 2 soy choices.

This is my new favorite ice cream shop in Stockholm! It’s located close to Mariatorget so I would recommend grabbing a few scoops of ice cream and taking a walk to Mariatorget. The ice cream was so satisfying, refreshing and reasonably priced.

Nice, cramped place off Hornsgatan near Mariatorget. It’s basically a freezer/counter and a few seats inside and outside. On sunny days, expect a line. You buy your ice cream and leave, because even though there are seats outside they are in the shade. No one eats ice cream in the shade if there’s sun elsewhere. Bring your ice cream to Mariatorget. There are some freaky pictures of clowns on the wall. They should get rid of them. Another reason to eat your ice cream elsewhere. They make an effort to be environmentally aware in terms of ingredients and production — their manifesto is on a sign outside — which I really appreciate. In other words, no GMO and poison in the ice creams. I have only been there once but I understand they switch flavors often. When I was there they had some exciting combinations that I had to try: Blueberry/spearmint, and beer(!). Blueberry/spearmint was really interesting, but beer must have been mislabeled because it tasted like elderberry and nothing else. Still very tasty though! I also tried Rocky Road and licorice which were both very rich and delicious. I’ll come back whenever I’m in the neighborhood on a sunny day, to try some more novelty flavors!

It is just a really good ice-cream. They have 18 different tastes everyday, one can check daily offer on the web-site. Staying open till 21 is also a huge advantage. There is a place to sit and enjoy the ice-cream both inside and outside. The interior is lovely and personnel is super friendly. Such a nice summer destination!

Really good icecream, simple as that. Nothing over the top just solid flavours. I loved their lemon, make sure to try it.
