This small café, roasting their own coffee have opened in the premises of a former coffee and tea shop in suburb Aspudden. They focus on small batches of single estate coffee as well as doing their own blend and espresso blend. They are still learning with the roasting but they are already doping a great job, the small roast (2,5kg) they use gives a great ability to try to roast with different profiles.
Service is very friendly and they are eager to show the different types of coffee they offer. Great that it is possible to order a ‘tasting menu’ of the coffee, trying three different coffees. Simple café food is also available and breakfast is great and cakes looked delicious. Really love the place and free wifi is just the icing on the cake. Will be visiting whenever in the area!
