Such a good surprise. I did not really know what to expect, something indian-ish I guess. It is a bit different, less curry and more other spices so more tasteful in a way. The waiter was so nice and friendly, he came to check on us every 10 minutes, offered us salad and a special bread from Nepal that looked like a pancake. I had some chicken and my boyfriend some lamb, and we also shared the«momo» which are dumplings. Way too much food! But the waiter insisted that we take away the rest in lunchboxes. And for all this we paid 350 kr. The place itself is very cosy, well decorated, warm and nice. I really had a great time and really recommend that restaurant.

Its been over 3 years since the last time I had Nepaleese food, and I had almost forgotten how much I enjoy the nepaleese kitchen. My favorite always have been vegetarian momos(a form of dumpling) thats fried on one side. We ordered a plate of momos and chicken thali. As always momos takes a bit longer to prepare so we asked the waiter if we could share the dishes and start with the thali, this was no problem at all. The waiter was really serviceminded and helpful. The chicken thali was served with roti and papadam and a sallad, the chicken stew and the bean dish was really good. One portion was actually enough for two persons(if your not to hungry) however we had also ordered the momos and to my joy they were excellent so eventough we were full after the thali we cleared the plate, just because it was so good. A advice is not to stop in the first part of the restaurant, if you continue to the left after the cashier there is a cosier dining are. Total price for the feast was 300kr for two persons so good value for your money. I, ll be back whenever a feel a urge for good nepaleese food.
