My only complaint with this restaurant is that their menu is too long– too many dishes to choose from! I ordered a pepperoni pizza and I was very pleasantly surprised to find it actually tasted like the pizza I’m used to in the US. The rest of my family ordered different pasta and fish dishes and they were all extremely pleased with their selections as well. Now it is my observation, being a tourist in this city, that most of the restaurant staff are not the most friendly-looking. In the US we are used to mostly warm, welcoming host staff that are all smiles and wish you well on your evening. In Prague, I haven’t found that to be the case. This restaurant is no exception. I don’t fault them for it though, it’s their culture and I don’t take it personally. Other than that, I think the other reviews of this restaurant may just be older or who knows– I just know I had a very good meal at a very good restaurant that had very attentive staff.

I came to this place and experienced nothing but first class rudeness. Ive had my share of bad service. the waiter was rude unwelcoming. He finally took my order(as if he’s doing me favor) and(((40mins))) later i got my simple pizza. Took almost another 30mins to pay. Meanwhile the waiters bunch up and chit chat! Amateur training!

Remarkably bad service! It actually takes effort to be as rude as the servers at this restaurant. Such a pity you can’t give 0 stars. I came at lunch time, asked for a table and sat where rudly instructed. I then watched other diners who came after me be given menus, ha e their orders taken and even get their bread. All while waiting for a menu. Once I got the attention of the bartender, as nobody was stopping by, I tried to ask for a menu. The request was met with a smirk and he continued to gossip with the servers. Needless to say, I didn’t wait around to see what would happen next. Without a doubt one of the worst dining experiences in over 7 years in Prague.
