Riverside Farm

Riverside farm lies just off the York ring road (A1237) on the A19, and is part of the 2 for one chain of pubs/​restaurant.
The restaurant itself is an impressive converted farm building and inside there are high ceilings and wooden beams, which makes it a lovely eating environment, very spacious and not at all what you would expect from one of these budget chains.
The menu has all your pub grub favourites, such as scampi and chips, burgers and steaks. The offer is that for every main meal bought, you get another one free. (you pay for the most expensive) and prices range from £7 — £14 per meal.
They also have a great childrens menu, but this is not included in the two for one deal.
Attached to Riverside farm is a ‘wacky warehouse’ which is great fun for kids. There is also a small outdoor play area and beer garden, which is great for the warmer weather
