Went here because I won a voucher in a charity quiz. lovely staff, clean and tidy, mediocre food

I’m really kind of blah when it comes to this place, like I could take it or leave it. While I’m not in a hurry to go back, I wasn’t really offended by anything either, so I can’t give it two stars — it wasn’t awful, but I can’t give it more than 3, because it was just mediocre. The kids menu was decent. Portions were good, the kids were happy — there’s something to be said for that. It was soooo noisy though. The music was blasting, and this being dinner, not a night club, conversation was difficult to maintain, even with small children. It seemed like someone kept playing with the volume too. The adult dinners were.okay. The service wasn’t great. We felt forgotten at times and waited forever to get our drinks and order taken. The staff people were friendly enough. The menu was diverse enough for what it is — burgers, pizza, pasta and some other Italian dishes and steaks. I’m not opposed to giving this place another try. I’m just not going to get my hopes up too high though.
