Company quoted 30 – 40 over the phone for changing an element in a water tank, Bill arrived after the work for 115 with the company saying it was the thermostat that was mentioned over the phone for the initial quote. I will be getting a recommendation from someone if I need any more work done after this experience

This is a company that I have used on a few occasions for services to my boiler and also in another house I lived in, they fitted a new boiler, radiators and a fireplace. They did a really good job and the work men were neat and tidied up after themselves at the end of each day. I would recommend them but they can be a bit more expensive than some other companies.
