Having just come back from Pizza Hut in Wrexham, my best suggestion is drive straight past it and go somewhere else!
In the words of my 7 year old son «I’d rather eat 100 raw onions than eat another pizza here»

I’m going to agree with the comments about the ropey service. Twice I have visited this oplace and waited by the door for so long that I decided to give it up as a bad job. If someonne can’t make make eye contact with you and say they will be with you soon while you are stood in front of them for 5 minutes, it doesn’t bode well for the rest of the meal.
They are responsive to criticism and when I wrote to the manager about the above incident she apologised and sent some vouchers out. This time we had great service from one girl and fairly indifferent service from another. As long as your expectations arn’t too high its fine. Great for kids, clean and the buffet is amazing value if you can eat like me.

I love Pizza Hut, their pizzas are really yummy but this particular restaurant has very bad service.
When we went recently for a friends birthday there was only our table and one other there, yet they got our orders completely wrong and were not very helpful when told about this. I guess that excellent service is not really expected at Pizza Hut though. Needless to say that I did not leave a tip.
I have also had takeaway from here before, the quality of which was fine but again the youngsters that served me were clearly treating the place as some kind of youthclub and seemed to acre more about having a laugh that giving good service.

A recently built out of town pizza restaurant its far smaller than others in the same chain and there always seems to be a queue for tables. The restaurant is always noisy and popular for birthday parties. The pizzas are well cooked and presented. The restaurant is clean and the toilets are well maintained but its severely lacking in parking spaces. Ample free parking is available in the retail park opposite, but this means crossing a very chaotic two lane one way system.
