Have recently moved back into the area and decided not to go with my old local and try new Asia. I will definitely be going back. Friendly staff, quick service and most importantly the food was great! The vegetables were fresh, meat was nice and not chewy like some places and a few bag of prawn crackers. I liked the fact the menu has many different dishes from all over Asia. As takeaways go this place is great!

I’d gone off Chinese food. Too much MSG and grease made me vow not to eat it again unless I was in China. There’s so many bad all you can eats which seem a good idea at the time until the concrete belly kicks in. It therefore delights me that we I have found a fab takeaway and it’s really close to my house. To rate a Chinese takeaway or restaurant, it has to pass 3 tests — 1. The prawn cracker test 2. The crispy chilli beef test 3. The girlfriend test Skinny greasy prawn crackers are an instant fail. We want thick and light non greasy beauties. One point for New Asia. Crispy Chilli Beef must be exactly how it’s described and again New Asia delivers here. The final test is the hardest however because they have passed the first two we’re on the way to a hat trick and a happy partner who can enjoy her meal. Other dishes we have tried consequently are lemon chicken(freshly made lemon sauce not jar stuff) Veg chow mein(wonderful) Salt and pepper lamb(heaven) and every dish is spot on. I told a mate about how good new asia is and it seemed that he already knew but failed to inform me. Some friend eh? If you want Chinese takeaway then this is the place to go. It’s fresh and not full os MSG so you can enjoy the meal without feeling like you’d swallowed a bit of lead. The only complaint is that they were closed on the girlfriend’s birthday and we have to go elsewhere. She should have been born on a different day…
