Good choice of everything. However they don’t seem to have enough cooked chickens etc on a Sunday. So Italian meats it is. Salt and black pepper breads are really moreish. Strange on the kids clothes sale rail all the 2 – 3 year old clothes had gone only the hangers left, maybe someone thought sale meant free! Lovely clematis for only £5, bargain. Only downside is the car Park, lanes very narrow for 2 way traffic. Should think about making a one way system, would save a lot of hassle

I’m a big fan of this place. Their produce is lovely, and generally lasts for quite a while. It can sometimes be in a bit of disarray, but that’s fairly rare. The meats, prepared foods, and bakery are all top notch. The cheese selection is just okay, as is the yogurt selection. I wish that they had more quark(just one brand), other goat’s yogurt, and other yogurts that are natural(w/o sugar). They have basically all the dried goods you could need — of course, I’m always wishing that the grocery stores in this country would have a little more Mexican food stuffs, but that’s just not going to happen. Ha. The annoying thing is that if you are using an American credit card, prepare to wait to have a manager come over so that they can watch you sign. I’m not sure what that could possibly do to help w/fraud, so I find that quite annoying. I understand that you are sometimes going to have problems — but that’s just the downfalls of owning a business. And if you are going to make people annoyed that would generally shop there all the time, you could lose business over this policy. If you want business, isn’t the general rule that you get your customer lovin’ on? That’s what I’d do if I wanted to make money. I’d also like it if they sold some cheap tupperware. I mean, I’m making food here, and I’m single — I need a place to put the left-overs. Again, that just makes sense to me, but maybe the numbers just don’t support it. Overall, I like this the best of the grocery stores in Worthing. However, I’m starting to fall for Waitrose again. We had a little falling out after they tried to kick me out of their café… but I’m feeling forgiving.

Whilst I have become a Morrisons fan, I do have to agree with fellow Qyper Janavic in relation to disabled customers. I have struggled around this store with my grandaughter and her wheelchair. really hard work!!! Understatement!!! Aisles too narrow and, yet again, obstructed by laden static baskets of goods on sale making it nigh on impossible to get round. Not even the offer of help from staff members. That aside, I do rate Morrison for some good quality food, sensibly sourced. UPDATE16/01/2013 Vast improvement since their makeover. Wider aisles, BRILLIANTLY displayed food, total freshness, fantastic fish and meat, beautiful bread. and the list goes on. A pleasure to be there. Other supermarkets should take note! The restaurant is superb, as is the food, staff, presentation, quality and taste. Excellent! Can’t keep away now, but parking can be a bit hazardous!

okay, let’s get started with the positives, that is always a good place to start, firstly– the store is much bigger than what it was when it was the co-operative, the layout of the store is simple so you are able to get where you need to with ease, and customer service at the checkouts is reasonably good. but with positives. come negatives, i wasn’t to impressed with some of the new staff– they seem abit too«full of themselves» but, obviously thats only my opinion, they could be very nice genuine people, another thing i’m upset about is the amount of disabled spaces in the car park, they are never used, and there were way too many put there in the first place, considering parent parking is now on the road, instead of outside the shop– i consider that a hazard!, i’m also slightly peeved off with the period of time you are allowed in the car park for, on the day of opening, the queues in the shop were massive, and so you’d spend about an hour in the queues, your only allowed two hours parking and so we returned to the car with a nice big ticket slapped on the windscreen– wasn’t happy at all. overall, it’s a good shop, you just need to be careful of those darn car park attendants!
