Dreadful. this store is right in the centre of a main shopping area, also major set down/​pickup bus routes. What a shame that they can’t present themselves in a better light. Blaze’ attitude of staff, extremely poor housekeeping does not/​will not encourage the public to want to to eat/​takeaway from there.

The food wasn’t bad, but I’m giving this place 3 stars because:
1. Once they ran out of ketchup.
and
2. get this… they ran out of CHICKEN. they ran out of everything besides popcorn chicken! and it was early afternoon!
their staff is friendly but a bit in the clouds,
Oh well. When they’re stocked, their food is good!

KFC worthing is horrendous!!! I refuse to go in
looks dirty, staff and service are not good at all and i will NOT eat there! I like KFC, but not this one!

not good for KFC, chips only just warm and chicken gravy watery, and the others are right the state of the place is not brill, reckon they trade on the location, if you want KFC go to one of the other two in worthing, both nicer and better parking.

very busy and service slow and once got food no where to sit and had to eat standing up. coke flat and food quite greasy but mentioned it to staff and they replaced no problem. new fresh food was much better. only go here again if crave kfc otherwise plenty of other places to eat

when i craved chicken in my 2nd pregnancy this was the place to go. set right in hte middle of the town centre unfortunately it is very busy most times but thats because its so good. BBQ sauce rocks as well! staff are generally quite helpful although sometimes the state of their toilets leaevs a lot to be desired.
