Initial contact with the business. Phoned and they "hung up"!

DON'T USE THIS SHOP. Took my phone in to get the screen replaced after it had cracked. It was fine for about 10 days then cracked in my pocket for no reason. Went back to Fone World & they agreed to repair it again free of charge. BUT when I got the phone back this time they had broken the proximity sensor so that anytime I made or took a call, the screen went completely blank. This means that I can't end a call or do anything with the phone until the other person puts the phone down - and then eventually the screen will come back on. I then noticed that the new screen was quite unresponsive in some places meaning that when texting I often need to press on a letter several times. Then the screen cracked again - for no reason! The phone was sat on the table with no-one touching it when it cracked and this was only 2 days after the repair! When I returned to Fone World the best they would offer me was another repair which they wanted to charge me for! Daylight robbery!

Went in here on an off chance to see what I could get for my new ipadwhat a great find!!! My compliments to the staff of this store. They were outstanding, knowledgeable, helpful. listened and did not try an oversell. There is a vast stock of phone, ipad, laptop and other computer accessories available here. all of which are a high standard. More importantly, none of the stock will break the bank! I most certainly will be returning and would recommend locals to do so.
