Had a lovely meal here with another couple on Saturday night — we were booked in for 9pm but it was still really busy and had a great atmosphere. The warmth hit us as soon as we came in from the cold, lovely to begin with but was way too hot to sit comfortably for a couple of hours. This was the only downside. The food was fantastic, I went for goats cheese and beetroot salad (a bit heavy on the coriander) and then pax choi chicken stirfry for mains. Price tag perhaps a little high but good for a treat dinner. I’d definitely like to return

We have been meaning to visit George’s restaurant for a while and decided to give it a try this week. We opted for an early time as we had our little boy with us and this enabled us to go for the excellently priced three course early bird menu at £15.99!
The food was fantastic. Full of flavour and very nice presentation. Obviously the restaurant was a little quiet when we arrived but started to fill up as the evening wore on, which was to be expected for a Monday evening. I can imagine this place having great atmosphere, especially at the weekend and the décor is very tastefully done.
Will definitely be back… well done Mr Giggs!
