My wife and I stayed there little 70’s but very nice. The best thing this travlodge as a café bar which is very good the Lodge is right in the centre of town and the parking is next door around £6.50 for the night

I stayed for 2 nights in April 2008. A little worried from some other reviews I had read, and by the bargain price. Bit it was very good — a real bargain! Superb position opposite the Cathedral and the bedrooms (though basic) were quiet and spotlessly clean. Close to some excellent restaurants — I would certainly stay there again.
