I used to drink here 10 years ago and revisited only last night whilst back in Worcester visiting friends. It’s nice to see this bar has stayed true to its roots and still offers somewhere you can drink and relax without the pretentious feel of some of Worcester’s bars (I was shocked at how many have changed names! Number 12? Sorry, that’ll always be the slug and lettuce, not RSVP!)… Great staff, good choice of beers, wines and cocktails (though need to offer champagne cocktails!). Doesn’t quite hit the 5 star feel you get in some of Newcastle’s bars, but the Conservatory will always have a place in my heart. Oh, get some proper air conditioning! What’s with the giant fans in Worcester bars now a days???
