This restaurant is now called Thai Time, so not sure if it’s under new management. We got there at around 6.45 on a Saturday evening to find it empty, although while we ate, another three tables were filled. The restaurant itself is in an old pub, but has a lot of lovely Thai furniture which gives it a nice atmosphere. I fancied the set menu, but my hubby is pescatarian, so this did cause a little discussion between us — until the waiter came and said, no problem — they simply changed the chicken green curry to a tofu green curry — and possibly made a little change to the mixed starter to accommodate our requirements. The food itself was nice enough, however, not always as hot as it could have been and the sauces were a little watery. Having said that, we enjoyed it and the service couldn’t be faulted. There’s free parking just up the side street in the evening(from 6 or 6.30) — there’s also a car park across the road.
