My cat has cost me an arm and a leg. £400 for kidney stones, £1200 for special food, £600 for a weird illness that they couldn’t diagnose (not FIV, cat flu or cat death, otherwise known as all the other stuff they know about). These guys keep my mog alive, but despite their staff’s atempts at professionalism (which usually is fair), they can’t avoid being not as good as they should be.
