Nice pint, good service, nice setting — shame about the food. Went for Sunday lunch recently. Mish mash of straight out the packet frozen vegetables and tasteless, cheap processed meat. We had three roast beef dinners which were served very promptly after order. The meat was pre-​packaged, bunged straight into the microwave (along with the rest of the dinner) type. Unfortunate as they seem to have the rest in order. There are plenty of other Sunday lunch providers that serve up better offerings. We shall be not be going back to the Waggon on this basis.
