I’ve been with the Nationwide for about 20 years and never had cause to complain. (Although they did lose a £100 deposit I paid in last year, due to a computer error it was paid into someone else’s account. This was quickly resolved, however). Staff are always friendly. There are 3 cashpoints, one of which takes deposits. There’s another branch over the road which used to be Staffordshire/​Portman.
