Was possibly the worst company I've ever worked for, management are worse then kids. You will sign up for days, get to the location and you'll be given nights. The managers will under pay you and over tax you, then when you ring up they'll admit it's there fault but still make you wait a month for it to be sorted and then tax you again. You contribute to travel and the lifts prvoided are an embarrassment. The bbp work bus would leak and was covered in damp. You only get good position if you throw your self down at managements feet. Manager would take his daughter to work with her boyfriend who was an employee with employers wrist bands on, and they would be enjoying the festivals while the actual workers worked. Management is so poorly run they have to hold on to the wages to make money on the interest. If management had a job that was under they would ring and beg for workers, and would start to be rude and sarcastic if you said you couldn't make it. Would be told "why did you sign up", no respect given to workers.
