Hilton St. Anne’s Manor, Bracknell

Renovated rooms are good, renovated rooms are poor. If you are a visitor you are likely to like the feel of the hotel, does have some character. Breakfast is good and very good value. Other meals are ok but service is slow and not great.

Die Lage mitten in einem Park ist traumhaft. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lediglich an der Bar manchmal etwas überfordert und langsam.
Das Hotel an sich hat die besten Jahre hinter sich und hoffentlich die Handwerker vor sich. Es war sauber und aufgeräumt, aber bspw. das Bad von ca. 1970. die Fenster sind nicht isoliert (1 Scheibe) und es zieht überall. Kalte Nächte. :-/​
Für den Preis eigentlich untragbar.
Update Mai 2015: das Zimmer, das ich heute hatte war top renoviert. Ordentliches Bad, großes bequemes Bett. Gut gemacht! Jetzt kann man es empfehlen. :-)

It’s definitely a nice hotel within an old set of buildings. the pool area is decent. the spa wasn’t working when we stayed since they didn’t have chlorine to put in. bummer…
Rooms were decent. the shower tubs are small in UK it seems, but not a huge problem.
my one gripe about the hotel is, you really need to have a car or $$ to pay for a cab to get in and out. its off a pretty desolate street in between the edges of wokingham and bracknell. Taking the 190 bus in and out to get around is only and ok experience, but really is tough on sundays as the bus doesn’t even run!
many business types had meetings in the hotel and they setup a wii and projector for kids on the weekends which was interesting setup right in the middle past the reception area. great staff though. very nice and helpful.

Hilton St. Anne’s Manor doesn’t correspond to the normal Hilton standards! You don’t get what you pay for. ;(

Das Hotel macht einen heruntergekommen Eindruck.
Das Zimmer war eine Zumutung (hellörig, schmuddelig, mehrere defekte Glühbirnen,…).
Das Frühstück war gruselig!
Das Preis-​Leistungsverhältnis eine Frechheit.

this place is a nice retreat if you are sick of staying in a business hotel.
for me, it was nice to stay in this location due to the greenery, quiet space and near a small town. Legoland is nearby so families come here on the weekend.
the landscape is nice and large. the parking space has security cameras and plenty of spaces. the breakfast buffet was typical but staffed with service professionals who were courteous and remembered my esspresso preference.
the staff went out of way to ensure that i had some cold meats, cheese, yogurt and items since i was due to check out early… they were outstanding and i truly appreciated their efforts.
as my stay was for business, i appreciated the staff and professional courtesy with all my requests as they were delivered timely.
they have a pool where kids and older visitors were there to enjoy the pool.
for me, it felt less cold and business like and more small town atmosphere which i appreciated. if i were to return with my family for work again, i ‘d stay here. the pool, exercise room, and nearby locations will keep my family busy. the nearby restaurants are small and variety enough.
shopping can be done in london!

A large hotel set in 25 acres of grounds at the south end of the A329M near Bracknell. The hotel is a little isolated, so unless you want a long walk you will probably need to drive to anywhere else.
In addition to the usual bar and restaurant, the hotel has a gym, 14 metre swimming pool, massage, manicure, hot stone and other health and beauty therapies.
The hotel has plenty of function rooms for business, and would be suitable for a party, wedding or other celebration.
There is plenty of parking and some very visible security including a man in a sentry hut!
Recommended.
