3.5 stars. I thought the hotel was lovely honestly. I had stayed at about 4 other hotels in the UK before this one, and this was by far my favorite. The rooms were lush, clean and comfortable. Everything seems to be newly remodeled. There is a heated drying rack for your towels. The service here is attentive and accommodating. I always looked forward to the delicious breakfast service in the morning. There was an assortment of very nice pastries, fruit, yogurts and drinks on a table, and an even better selection of warm breakfasts to order. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star is that when I checked in, I wasn’t sure how long I’d be staying in Windsor. The receptionist told me that was fine. I could book those nights later when I found ou, and she had assured me that I could have the added nights at the same rate. When it came for me to book the added nights though, the hotel refused to honor the promise charged me higher. I thought that was a bit dishonest and cheap of them. Also the hotel rooms are kept unbearably warm. You’ll just need to find the furnace under your window(ignore the AC unit), and switch that off to get it to a reasonable temperature.
