This place is great. Right on the Thames by Windsor castle, the place has a variety of eating spaces that each offer a slightly different ambience. We were a party of 8 and did not book. Great service by the host to accommodate us and everyone loved the food. When in Windsor pop in and grab a bite to eat and quick drink before popping in to see her Majesty, lol

Great location doesnt quite make up for middle of the road food. Service was good although as out with the family (early 6 o’clock meal), we timed it well!
Another good value «pre-7 menu» hit the mark for my son, who went for the mackeral rillette (probably the star of the meal) followed by the steak and mousse (where does a 7 year old put all that food!!!).
The risotto on the kids menu was only so so, and the seafood parmentier was enjoyed by my wife.
I went for the calamari… which was good, but the chicken was disappointingly bland with the side vegetables either overcooked or too much garlic (on the spinach).
All in all… the meal was fine, nothing mind blowing… but nothing terrible… just «ok»

Starters were fine but the main courses were definitely lower than the standard. The foods were like being reheated as the steak was too wet and the chicken breast was too dry. even the plates were too hot to be touched. Services were just like the foods… the only thing good was the riverside view… never gonna be here again.

This place is okay. The food is average and the service is REALLY slow. I’ve been twice and while I love the location and view it’s hard to understand why it takes so long to even place a drink order. The lack of attention as a patron is my chief concern and why I won’t return.

The place is ideal, the food so so and the bill a little too salty. This overrated restaurant is good at best for corporate events, but the chef is not doing exceptionally good. That plus the prices and the lack of character makes the whole experience largely forgettable. This is a chain, and it shows. My scallop was nothing short of a disaster, worst ever. Couldn’t believe that such a simple meal, escalope milanese, could be ruined.

I have to say I love this place. The views are amazing of the river if you can get a seat that side but all seats are good.
Friendliness, you will often be sat next complete strangers. However do not let that put you off.
Being a chain of restaurant, I was not looking forward to the meal as I thought it would be the same as all other chains. I was wrong and was very surprised to find out the food was great.
The range on the menu was very varied and grown up. The presentation is as good as any and better than most and was not small. The drinks menu was OK but did not have a good range of bears for me.
The staff where good and friendly and cared about the food and your experience. Asking about you and caring about the answer.
The BILL!
Well it was not to bad me and the wife had 3 courses, wines and bears and it was let’s than I thought it would be. Not cheep but reasonable.
If you are in Windsor or Eaton, it well worth a visit

The food was delicious. Lots of local eat here. Service was upscale with very reasonable price. The lamb dishes were very flavorful and tender. The outdoor seating area by the river was very pleasant.

Sehr schöné Lokation unmittelbar an der Themse mit einer tollen Atmosphäre vor allem im Sommer.
Der Service ist sehr gut und schnell. Kein Geschwafel, aber auf den Punkt korrekt am Tisch versorgt.
Die Weinkarte ist recht groß und passend zu den Speisen, die ausschließlich französisch gehalten sind. Es gibt ganze und halbe Flaschen aber auch recht viel als 175ml Glas.
Das Preisniveau ist erstaunlich niedrig. Die Vorspeisen sind zwischen 5 und 8 Pfund und Hauptspeisen zwischen 8 und 13 Pfund. Man wird definitiv satt.
Die Qualität der Küche ist kein Sterneniveau, aber sehr gut. Für Preis-Leistung würde ich die Höchstwertung geben.
Die Tische werden sicherlich alle 2x pro Abend verkauft. Trotzdem gibt es keinen Druck.
Die Desertauswahl geht von Süß bis Käse in recht großer Varianz. Auch Desertweine werden glasweise angeboten.
Ist né wirklich geile Lokation! Wer also Eton College und Windsor Castle besucht findet genau dazwischen an der Brücke dieses Restaurant.
