Belgarum

I’m not particularly gifted in real estate and was looking for an estate agent who could break things down into bitesize chunks. I’m also dyslexic when it comes to anything remotely mathematical so a breakdown of figures was a must.
With all this in mind, I nervously contacted Belgarum about a few student houses I was interested in (having never dealt with an estate agent before). The staff were more than happy to cater to my needs, breaking down all of the figures numerous times so that I could understand. I must have called them a dozen times and they were patient and courteous every time.
On viewing properties, I was reassured that Belgarum are very flexible in terms of our needs and are willing to help out wherever possible (as long as we remain respectful and look after the house, of course!) This eased me in greatly and I knew I had made the right decision to choose them.
The only downfall is that, even as a student, the fees are very expensive. However, this is real estate, so I guess I’d be asked to pay hefty fees whoever I chose.
Since dealing with Belgarum, I’ve been kept up-​to-​date with the progress of our application and well informed regarding paperwork and referencing. The staff are a pleasure to do business with and Belgarum is highly recommended.

Very professional. Went to view several properties and the Lady was very professional and knew what she was talking about. Would recommend this company!
