I have to start by stating that I haven’t had the Chinese food, the gf did so she will review the Chinese meals sometime.
Being a Friday night it was obviously a chippy tea on the cards after always going to Peter’s down the road thought I’d try this place again.
Must admit the service & food was better than before.
We got served quick & and with friendly staff.
The chips were a massive portion and the barm cakes were great this place as certainly pipped Peter’s to the best chippy in the area.

I live between these guys and Peters and in my opinion as a fully qualified chef of 14 years service, Pecking Palace is the best Chinese takeaway Wigan has to offer.
I would strongly recommend everyone gives them a try once as the whole furore over peters is beyond me as they are nothing more than average.

A chinese takeaway newly refurbished and under new management. It delivers and not only does it do chinese food but also kebabs, burgers and fish and chips. The staff are always friendly and the food delicious. I have only ever had the chinese menu but that is top class.
