What a belting pub love this pub me fantastic jukebox it can get very busy.
In summer it can get very busy especially when you got all the bikers there it small down stairs but there is upstairs seating aswell with a pool room.
The staff a very friendly and they soon get use to what your drinking.
The toilets are upstairs.

Fantastic town centre pub situated up an ally that leads to a great open green space.
This place is usually busy you can’t move inside even outside is busy with people drinking.
Pub is on 2 levels with balcony over looking the bar from upstairs.
Has the best jukebox in Wigan blasting cracking rock music.
Friendly bikers/​rock pub. Friendly staff.
A must to visit if your in town its worth it trust me.

The John Bull Chophouse is one of the better town centre pubs a hidden Gem! The John bull is located near the wiend (a new library, pool and square is set to be built here in the next few years) it caters to the biker, rock and student crowd and can be very busy at times. The beers on offer are good with good quality German lagers such as Kaltenberg and Warsteiner making an appearance. The pub has two floors, the bottom floor is generally the busier, and you can also drink outside in the summer. There is a jukebox and the atmosphere is friendly.
