The tapas was absolutely incredible. Fairly large range of vegetarian options and all were delicious. Place is pricey though, and small.

Excellent little tapas bar. Always friendly and often the same people serving too which is nice. Top notch paellas(both vegetarian and regular) and some incredible little dishes.

What is one to do when one arrives in Whitstable during the first day of the Oyster Festival with no dinner reservations? Beg? Well we did, and we were lucky enough to get a spot at the bar at the yummy Williams & Brown Tapas Bar. Its cozy and busy with genuinely friendly staff(everyone in Kent seems to be nice!) and a great menu that is heavy on the seafood and updates weekly. The star of the evening was the Galician Fish Broth, which is a stew of mussels, squid, white fish and prawns in a scrummy broth that will force you to order extra bread so you don’t lose a drop. We also had the seabass(fantastic) and the salchichon and chorizo plate(simple but good) and the lamb chops(only disappointment, a bit tough) as well as the patatas bravas. We also loved the wine, Vega del Rayo Rioja(2006). Highly recommend, but think about making a reservation if you’re visiting Whitstable on a Saturday in high season!

This Tapas Bar is fantastic and probably our favourite place to go out when its a special occasion. The place is really small and cosy, with some bar style seating in the window so you can watch the world go by(well Harbour St, Whitstable, anyway!). The food is delicious and they have a nice range of tapas on offer, including some main meals. There are several daily specials and a lovely range of delicious desserts. Great place.
