My 5yr old daughter was invited to a ‘Queen of the Jungle Party’ — what a joke!
The ‘Queen’ party was suppose to consist of usual food, play time on equipment, & private room with extra addition of face painting, temporary tattoos & ‘make over’. All this for £9.50 per person (with minimum of 10 guests at weekends). What we got was far from ‘Queen’ like. The host was informed that they had no make up, nail varnish or tattoos. The girls then sat and lined up for 20mins for their face painted and emerged looking like my 5 year old had done it herself (two pink blobs on cheeks and two white lines were suppose to look like a butterfly!) The girls then went to play which was ok but it was targeted for the young to be honest. My son is 7 and tall so i had to leave him at home as he’s not even allowed in there as he’s too old/​tall!
I also saw staff walking round ‘policing’ the place and telling people off for bringing their own babies juices in — very strict!
When the food came out a parent came to tell me my daughter was crying. I went to check and found she had no nuggets. The host asked and was informed that each child was allocated ONLY 2 EACH. No one had told anyone this so my daughter wasn’t quick enough. Also the sandwiches provided were few, so all my daughter had was 2 ham sandwiches, strawberries and some wotsits. Then the ice cream came out — one scoop ploped in a large bowl with no sauces etc. I ended up having to buy her lunch after we left.
So if you are thinking of having a party here SERIOUSLY READ ALL REVIEWS, or at least go there first. My friend complained about the service of staff and experience and she was basically accused of lying and not bringing to the staffs attention. I will not be returning there and will be telling everyone i know to avoid.

Amazing place to bring the kids so they can play play and play for hours. Membership also available here. Newly built warehouse and also café available with hot/​cold drinks/​food. Great for kids parties and just to let the kids run wild in a secure area… Even adults are having fun on the big slide. LoL
