Just Airports

I haven’t been to London for 2 years but I used them twice then and 3 times on previous trips. We had nothing but good experiences. They respond promptly to emails and were on time. They monitored my flight and were waiting.
I’m sorry that recent reviews have not been good. But having been in customer service, I do know that people are much more likely to take the trouble to give bad reviews rather than good ones. Look at me. All these years and this is the first time I’m writing them a good review.

Our experience with Just Airports was very mixed. We booked round-​trip service for a trip to London. We selected this company, because they had car seats available. Our pick-​up at Heathrow went great. The drive was waiting for us at arrivals despite a delayed flight. The car was comfortable, and the car seats were clean and installed properly. Our trip back to the airport did not go as well. The driver could not find our flat and then took a route to the airport that resulted in a drive that took over 30 minutes longer than Google maps’ estimated travel time. And the car seats were very worn and not installed properly.

Very efficeint service

Booked a ride with Justairports from Heathrow Airport. They charged my credit card but when the driver arrived at the airport he claimed that I was a «cash» customer and had to pay in cash. I told him I had already paid in credit, showed him the charge posted in my credit card account, and he called the company to verify. We went back and forth for a while over the phone and the company claimed that they didn’t receive my credit payment even though on my statement it says $ 86 was billed to my credit card already.
I ended up paying cash and the driver assured me that he had told the company to refund my payment…
Well, of frigging course they didn’t refund my payment.
Basically they double charged me — charged my credit card after receiving my cash already. I had to resort to disputing the charge on my credit card.
With all the other limo services available in the UK, I would stay away from these possible scammers. They seem to prey on those under the duress of needing a ride at the airport.

Recently spent a month in London on business. Used this company frequently for numerous visitors to and from Heathrow. Always reliable. Easy online booking with good discount if you choose cash payment. You can also pre pay with credit card. Of course for the solo young travelers with little luggage you can’t beat the tube. But for groups of 2 or more or luggage, this car service was very good

We live in San Francisco and use this taxi service for both the trip from Heathrow to the hotel and from the hotel to Heathrow. We are a large family (2 adults, 3 young children) and so needed booster chairs for two of the children which they provided. The drivers were courteous and punctual. If you offer to pay by cash, as opposed to credit cards, they offer a significant financial discount. Highly recommended and would use them again.

I had an early morning flight out of Heathrow and was nervous about taking mass transit at that time. Based off a few reviews/​suggestions, I decided to go with Just Airports. For less than 30 pounds we had door to door drop off, which I felt was worth the expense.
The driver was actually a bit early and the overall experience was good. I would definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

Booked a ride to Gatwick a few days ago. Driver picked us up from our hotel at the designated time and was very nice and courteous. Would recommend this company. It is much cheaper than using a taxi.

For anyone getting off a long flight and wanting to have a nice no stress inexpensive ride to your hotel (or anywhere else), I highly recommend Just Airports. Our friendly and knowledgeable driver, Arashad, was there waiting for us and for the next 45 minutes we felt like we had a private tour of the city. We were so pleased that we booked him for the return trip as well. The price was great as the service!!!
