What an amazing Gastro Pub in the heart of Wells. You need to book in advance because it is very cosy and has just a few tables.
The food is fabulous, fresh and delicious. Try the roast beef. You get a very nice piece of beef with fresh vegetables.
They have a decent wine list and some real ales at the bar. Service staff is polite and attentive and there is a lovely atmosphere in the pub.

This its an amazing little gem in Wells. As a gastro pub, this includes the homey-​colouring of a real home. The light walls and the heavy furniture makes the perfect setting for the amazing food you’re about to order.
I had the best vegetarian lasagne ever, just propped up with all the lovely vegetables you could never imagine could go into a lasagne.
And that ‘s how I world describe all the food.
It looks and tastes deliciously.
The staff is super friendly and there’s a small car park across the street. But if you walk I would suggest you do — you’ll need to walk of the lovely desserts ;)
Be sure to book in advance and now that the kitchen closes at 21.00 on a Friday.
