The Swan was recommended to us by the owner of Nyland Manor where we were staying and it certainly did not disappoint. The pub/​restaurant/​hotel was the perfect place to enjoy a couple of pints and a delicious meal after a long day rock climbing in Cheddar Gorge nearby.
The place is a bit of a tardis itself as you discover when you venture to the toilets. I was surprised that the only have around 5 rooms for B&B.
In fact, everyone was so impressed with the food there has been talk of staying here next time so we can all enjoy the hospitality without one person needing to drive back.
The only thing that let it down was service was a bit abrupt and slow at times.
