One of the worst Zara’s I have been to. Without a shadow of a doubt.
It seems that different audiences require different ranges but there’s nothing in here that can not be found in Primark, Top man and a pound shop. the ranges are poor and the different styles that set apart this brand from others just isn;t here.
The staff are RUDE!!! And I mean to the point that I wanted to complain to a manager, but then you see her giving the same treatment to another customer, that makes you want to leave immediately.
Was not pleased and I’m definitely not going back.
